Challenge Chair Timeline
As the Web Accessibility Challenge chair you will be responsible from the overall organisation of that session which includes submission selection, review process and the actual organisation and co-ordination of that session in the conference. The norm is that the Challenge Chair becomes the new Programme Chair.

- 30-Sep-2008 CC - Invite and Fix Challenge Judges (inform Operations for Website)
- 31-Nov-2008 GC/PC/CC - Create Second (Updated) General Call (Send to Operations)
- 20-Feb-2009 CC - Send Challenge Submissions to Judges
- 02-Mar-2009 CC - All Challenge Submissions - Decision
- 02-Mar-2009 CC - Decide on Challenge Judges Awards (Forward Details to Operations)
- 13-Mar-2009 GC/PC/CC - Create Programme Including Proceedings Introduction
- 30-Apr-2009 CC - Email Judges Thanks
- 30-Jun-2009 GC/PC/CC - Prepare ACM Final Conference Report
