William Loughborough to be our After Dinner Speaker
William Loughborough has been associated with Smith-Kettlewell since its early inception, making many contributions to rehabilitation research. He was the instigator of the Talking Signs© project, publishing the first paper on this concept (then known as Talking Lights) in 1979.
