Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) is India's first purpose built convention facility located in the emerging business hub of India - Hyderabad. The city is centrally located making it easily accessible from the major metros in the country.
Hyderabad with its burgeoning economy boosted by IT, pharmacy, and biotech and finance industries is well poised to become the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, and Conventions & Exhibitions) hub for South Asia. Hyderabad is what we call, India, for the beginners. It is clean, progressive and is endowed with great tourist locations, including historic monuments in addition to a favourable business climate. The new international airport along with other world class infrastructure like Boulder Hills Golf Course, theme parks, brand new international Convention centre, etc make the city of Hyderabad an interesting destination of demand.
In terms of cost, India is positioned well from airlines as its geographic positioning is 8-10 hours from the heart of Europe and is only about 4-5 hrs away from the heart of Asia/ Middle East. This effectively means one can travel and arrive same day from most destinations across the world, bringing down the opportunity cost.
