One month until W4A submissions are due!

Here’s a one month deadline reminder for all your W4A submissions, which are due on January 23rd 2015.

We’re inviting submissions for:

  • Technical papers (8-10 pages); detailed accounts of research studies;
  • Communication papers (4 pages); more suited to late-breaking or early research findings, smaller focused studies and position papers;

If you’ve been involved in the development of an innovative technology aimed at improving usability and accessibility for people with disabilities, we encourage you to submit an entry for The TPG Accessibility Challenge.

If you’re a research student working in the field of digital accessibility, and would like to attend W4A to present your work, we encourage you to apply for the Google W4A Doctoral Consortium.

And, if you are a student with a disability who would like to attend W4A, please consider applying for the IBM People with Disabilities Award. This is a new addition to W4A for 2015, and will provide financial support to help award-winners attend W4A in Florence.

Program and judging committees have been assembled, and we’re really looking forward to your submissions!
