Special Issue Chair

As the special issue chair you will be responsible for the selection of a good quality journal and conducting discussions with them in regard to your editing of the issue based on their publication norms. You will have overall responsibility for the special issue which includes submission selection, the review process and the actual organisation and co-ordination of that issue, including the overall editing and publication of the special issue; often including the writing of the issue introduction. The norm is that the Special Issue Chair becomes the new Challenge Chair.
