Web4All Presenters Role

Responsibility

It is your responsibility to upload your slides to the W4A slideshare account in good time. At the conference you should make yourself know to the Session Chair in the coffee break or Lunch or Breakfast before your presentation, and upload to slides to the presentation computer (unless using a laptop) and test out the presentation and your laptop (if in use). You should conform to the allowed time frame of 15m (+5 for Q&A) for Communications, 10m (+5 for Q&A) for Challenge presentations, and 20m (+10 for Q&A) for Technical Papers. You should conform to the instructions of the Session Chair and stop when told. Be clear and confident, and remember that not everyone at the conference will be a native English speaker.

Remember that your primary aim is to make the audience understand you, so that they will understand the value of your work, cite it in their papers, and thereby increase your works dissemination into the scientific community.
