We are delighted to invite you to participate in the 23rd International Web for All Conference (W4A’26), the premier venue for web accessibility research. W4A’26 will be held in Dubai, UAE, and is co-located with the 35th International World Wide Web Conference — TheWebConf’26.

Conference Theme: Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Language Models for Accessibility

Generative AI and language models are transforming the digital landscape at an unprecedented pace. W4A’26 explores their potential and challenges in the context of web accessibility. We invite contributions that address questions such as:

• How can generative AI and language models enhance web accessibility?
• Are these technologies accessible to all users?
• What ethical risks do they pose for inclusion and equity?
• Can they support the development of innovative assistive technologies?
• How can we ensure that AI-generated content is inclusive and representative?
• How are evaluation methods affected by AI and language models?

Topics of Interest

We welcome submissions on all aspects of web accessibility, including but not limited to:

• Age, cognition, culture, education, emotions, dexterity, disability, diversity, health, hearing, income, infrastructure, language, learning, literacy, mobility, neurodiversity, situation, society, and vision.
• Accessibility in education, employment, policy, and digital platforms.
• Technical innovations, user studies, and policy frameworks.
